6. WRITING AN OFFER TO PURCHASE! When you find your dream home, this is the step we put together an offer to present to the sellers and the sellers agent. 7. NEGOTIATING! This is the most important part of the home buying process. A realtor comes in handy at this crucial step because they assist you negotiate a price for your house.
